Here's some video I shot of the Central Iowa Railroad Club's HO scale train layout at the 2009 Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, Iowa. The CIRC club members let me take pictures inside the layout where they operate the trains, and I got quite a few good shots. Their layout is VERY big, perhaps the largest HO scale layout I've ever seen. It is quite impressive! This video features all of the trains that were operating when I went through the building, two of the most notable trains being Amtrak's California Zephyr (as it was in the 1990's) and a mixed freight train led by the BNSF "Barfbonnet" SD70MAC.
